APE'S SEASIDE SUPERSONIC CONCERT
Ape really has to be seen to be heard. They are the only band in the world that features a live tiki carver as part of the band, with the tiki carving percussion as part of the music and the resulting tiki as part of the show. APE created this concert film titled ‘Seaside Supersonic’ in support of their new ‘Supersonic’ LP. The band set up and performed on a private beach near Pescadero, in Northern California. The Seaside Supersonic tiki was then auctioned off to a lucky audience member at APE’s record release party and currently resides in Southern California.
